The Innovative Development and Education Association (IDEA) is an education association founded in Adana with Erasmus+ projects at the centre of its work. We set out to widen access to international learning and cooperation for young people, educators and organisations.
We believe in sharing innovative ideas in education, in people from different countries learning together, and in building joint projects. That is why we work on building partnerships, running training activities and sharing knowledge.

To make international education opportunities, Erasmus+ above all, more accessible, and to bring young people, educators and organisations together in inclusive, innovative projects with a lasting impact.

To be a trusted Erasmus+ partner that carries ideas born in Türkiye into international cooperation and strengthens learning, growth and intercultural exchange.
What we do
- Organisation and hosting of Erasmus+ KA1 mobilities (school, vocational and adult education)
- Taking part in KA2 partnerships and building partnerships with organisations across Europe
- Domestic and international mobility programmes for pupils, teachers and youth groups
- Job shadowing, work placements and training programmes
- Seminars, conferences, cultural exchange and guidance activities
- Joint work with public bodies and education providers
